Over the years, Optima Graphics has positioned themselves to become the unquestioned leader in providing tension fabric displays and graphics to the exhibit industry. What did the phenomenal growth in sales come from, which propelled Optima upward to reach their lofty position of prominence ? To begin with, the founder of Optima Graphics, Jim Hoffman, did an amazing job connecting with the group of distributors that were available to him, and by putting new cutting edge products in the hands of those distributors, created a incredible amount of loyalty from them. Over the years, Jim kept coming out with new products and innovative ways of doing old things which kept his message fresh in the minds of his distributors.Fast forward 20 years and, everyone in the business knows that the name Optima is associated with service; fast service. Optima has done so well with service and turn-around times that distributors naturally gravitate toward them. Finally, it should be said that the culture at Optima is conducive to attracting a group of great people who work hard to please their customers and meet the needs of the distributor network they serve. So, for those of us in the trade show business, Optima has earned out loyalty many times over, and I’m sure we'll continue to work with them in the future.

The continuous growth of online sales of trade show exhibits has given ShopForExhibits an chance to excel in an industry which they are intimately familiar with, and openly provides each of their customers sound advice based on actual experience. Lowell Nickens, who is the owner of SFE, began his career in the trade show exhibit business by starting a trade show contracting business called Classic Exposition which he operated for 10 years before selling the decorating business to GES. From there, he created an display manufacturing company called Classic Exhibits which he ran for 21 years before moving into the online business marketing trade show displays. Most of the product lines that Classic sold before 2006 were systems that Lowell created himself, and the understanding of all the products he sells on his website can be an resource in deciding on which system you should invest in.
